For households that pay Xcel Energy for electricity or natural gas (or both).
You must receive a grant from the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program to qualify.
For households that pay Xcel Energy for electricity AND have medical equipment in their home that uses electricity. You must have a medical form on file with Xcel Energy to qualify.
For households that pay Greater Minnesota Gas for natural gas. You must receive a grant from the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program to qualify.
